Wood Product Disclaimer:

Wood is a natural material, and variations in color, grain, texture, and knots are normal. Each product is unique, and the appearance may differ slightly from samples or product images. We cannot guarantee exact finishes or appearances.


 

Delivery and Shipping:

All of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in our shop in Gig Harbor, Washington. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and processing of your order. If inventory is available, orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

 

If you have any questions prior to ordering, please email  maeberrydesign@gmail.com and include your name and order number.
 

All items are shipped directly from our shop in Gig Harbor, Washington. Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Local Pickup

Offering FREE local pickup for our customers from my shop in Gig Harbor, Washington. To take advantage of this option, simply select 'Shop Pickup' at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time.

Damages


Each item is inspected before it leaves the shop to ensure it meets our quality standards. Upon delivery, please inspect your items promptly and notify us within 48 hours of any issues. Maeberry Design is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping or delivery; however, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider if needed.

Return Policy


Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed defective upon arrival. Custom and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to offer refunds or exchanges for items deemed defective. To begin this process, please email maeberrydesign@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a detailed description or photo of the defect.

 

Once we receive and inspect the defective item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the item.
 

If approved, refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds
 

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Before contacting us, please check with your bank to confirm processing times. If you still have not received your refund, email maeberrydesign@gmail.com with your name and order number for assistance.

How to Return a Defective Item


To return a defective item for a refund or exchange, please email maeberrydesign@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a description of the defect. Photos of the damage are required to process your request.

Maeberry Design is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

 

Shipping Information
 

If you are returning an item, please note that once your return request has been initiated and approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.
 

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment. Maeberry Design is not responsible for return shipments lost or stolen before they reach our facility, and we will be unable to issue a refund in such cases.

Once the defective item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

For exchanges, please note that delivery times for replacement items will vary depending on your location.
