At Maeberry Design, we are currently shipping within the United States. All orders will have a shipping fee calculated upon checkout, based on the size and weight of the item. We strive to ship your order quickly and safely, and we use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. We do not ship internationally at this time. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted for items that are not personalized, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping costs.
For personalized items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If an item is damaged or defective, buyer will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement item.
